I feel like a new person. I have let go of so many things that were not allowing me to carry myself in a way that I wanted to. I feel like I am in control of my life and see things very differently. Every session I seemed to bring up something new that I was struggling with, and you had so many resources to provide so that I could spend time reading and doing more positive things that would help me grow. I do feel like spending a year working together was necessary, that many things built on each other and I needed to come full circle to benefit the most from it.

I feel that we were able to get to some of the roots of my issues, which were not only exacerbating symptoms but causing me a lot of stress. For example, learning more about meal planning and making that a focus not only resulted in healthier eating, but lower stress around the whole process of grocery shopping, meal planning, and prep. Another example - cutting out dairy and paying attention to how I felt afterwards was so helpful. Taking the time to talk through things felt very therapeutic and helped me access my intuition, which is really the most powerful tool there is!
